ChocoFest wouldn’t be possible without our amazing Chocolateers. Join a fun, energetic team of chocolate lovers, make new friends, help create unforgettable experiences, and enjoy some sweet perks along the way.

Volunteers receive a complimentary admission pass, Taste Tickets, an exclusive Chocolateer t-shirt, and the opportunity to be part of Western Canada’s premier chocolate tasting festival.

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers aged 16 and older to help create the warm, welcoming, and unforgettable experience that guests have come to expect at ChocoFest.

How long are shifts?

Typically 4–6 hours.

Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older

Comfortable shoes are a must! We recommend comfortable pants and a shirt that can be worn under your complimentary Chocolateer t-shirt. Most volunteer roles involve standing, walking, and interacting with guests, so dress for comfort and be prepared for a fun, active shift.

Absolutely. Make a note on your application form of your friend’s name.

Some roles involve standing and walking, while others allow for periods of sitting. Let us know if you have mobility considerations and we’ll do our best to find a suitable role.

Bring your own water bottle and snacks. Food options are available for purchase at the venue.
