Originally from Venezuela and now based in Sherwood Park, she creates handcrafted Latin American–inspired desserts with a focus on her signature chocolate brigadeiros. These beloved Brazilian sweets are rich, creamy, and melt-in-your-mouth, similar to a cross between a chocolate truffle and fudge. Each brigadeiro is made in small batches using high-quality ingredients, then carefully rolled and decorated by hand, with over 15 delicious flavours to discover.
